A brief guide for prevention and self-help in cases of colds, flu, and some other illnesses. It describes accessible and easy procedures from Chinese, Indian, and Bulgarian traditional medicine. You can apply them yourself or use them to help your loved ones. In Appendix One, you will find a test to determine your levels of anxiety and depression, and in Appendix Two — a color chart of the recommended biologically active points for use.
